We are offering full or part time contracts and our shift patterns are 8am - 8pm for days.
£11.00 Per Hour

What you’ll be doing:
- Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
- Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
- Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
- Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans.
- Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment.

Our brand new care home, opened in Basingstoke October 2021, we offer
quality care for older people in beautiful surroundings.
With its highly experienced team, wide range of care services – from residential to
nursing and dementia care – plus a café, cinema and hair salon, our Basingstoke
care home focus on resident’s care, health and wellbeing.
Dashwood Manor is created to the latest design, including on our dementia suite,
where signage, colour schemes, lighting and floor coverings are designed to
support people who are living with dementia. The home is divided into
smaller suites to create a sense of community for residents.
