Office Administrator - [Rothwell LS26] **IMMEDIATE START**


 

Capital Outsourcing Groups client is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our expanding team.

This role would suit someone who has previous administration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Input
  • Telephone Management - Internal/External Calls
  • Liaising with customers and clients
  • Updating CRM system
  • Developing relationships with internal and external management and engineering teams.
  • To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance.
  • Providing relevant reports and updates as requested.
  • Ensuring all work is accounted for and updates are received by the end of the day.

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:

  • The ability to multitask, to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail
  • Logical and methodical.
  • Team player with the ability to work alone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft IT packages (Word / Excel / Email etc.)
  • Proven track record of good organisational skills, including managing workload effectively
  • Experience working in a similar role.
